Delivery Information

We deliver all kitchen to the customer’s place and transportation cost is inclusive in estimate unless otherwise specified.
There are some exclusion to the transportation and loading and unloading –
1. Customer needs to arrange for the permission from the society for loading and unloading of the material
2. We will use escalator/ elevator/ lift for loading and unloading of our material. If your society does not give permission for escalator/ elevator/ lift then the extra cost needs to be born by the customer, which would be informed to customer in advance.
3. If your society has specific time slots for material delivery and loading/ unloading then there would be a separate cost of loading and unloading, which would be informed to customer in advance.
4. If there is any extra material delivered at site, then customer needs to get the permission from society for taking back those material to the factory.
Customer needs to provide a proper place to keep all the material. If any other agency is working at site, then it is customer’s responsibility to ensure that material is not spoiled or damaged by the third party. All the losses arising out of that situation would be customer’s responsibility.
